Assisted Living by Sholt offers individualized long-term, short-term and respite care services to individuals with traumatic or acquired brain injuries. A fun family environment, private rooms, non-wheelchair transportation to medical appointments and community outings, and Internet access and training are provided.
This is a Smoke Free, Handicap Accessible home.

Amenities

This facility meets or exceeds the safety requirement of the state. It is considered "secure", which according to the Arizona Department of Health Services, means the facility maintains control and alerts employees of the egress of a resident from the facility or facility grounds through the use of a method, device, or structure that ensures resident safety.

Amenities that the Facility provides include:

• Cable/HDTV and an outdoor hot tub/spa.
• Computer and Internet access with instruction provided in how to make use of these services.
• Administration of resident's personal funds account not to exceed $500, upon written authorization by a resident or representative.
• Convenient Access The facility is close to all kinds of entertainment, shopping and services for all residents, family, and out-of-town guests.
